Standard epoxy flooring are the most cost effective option to either improve the look of your tired old concrete or make it safer by replacing previous floor coverings.

Swan Coatings uses only high quality epoxies, polyurethanes and polyureas from Europe, North America and local Australian Suppliers. We do NOT apply paving paints or acrylic sealers. Those are a DIY option that will needs to be repeated regular. Even though only applied thinly in a two to three roll coat application, epoxies, polyurethanes and polyureas are far superior and provide a durable and aesthetically pleasing, long lasting finish. We can add non-slip aggregate as required for your project. A proper preparing of the substrate is vital and included in our work. We do NOT acid-wash the substrate as it is inadequate and not good for the environment.

Epoxy and Polyurethane coatings can be colour matched to any colour you like. Swan Coatings is working with local Adelaide based suppliers and can therefore offer colour matching for horizontal and vertical applications at no extra cost for internal and external. We also offer a water-based option in fume critical applications.

The preparation of the substrate is most important as it will be visible through the system if not done correctly. We therefore do our own substrate preparation with industrial grinders, which have have industrial vacuums and dust separators attached to them for dust-reduced work and minimal impact.
